Matsyasana useful for concentration , meditation and self realization

Matsyasana (fish pose ) it stimulates the facing nerves and blood vessels thus breathing up the face .this asana is beneficial to those suffering from asthma . it removes the disorder of the entire respiratory system . this asana s is very useful for concentration , meditation and self realization .







Technique: Stuck your arms close under your body till your head back until the crown rests on the floor. In hale and arch your chest upward. Padmasana lie flat on the back. Hold the left toes with right hand and right toes with left hand.
